All our products can be ordered easily online via the website. Here are some of the common questions our customers ask:
Q. Do you have a minimum order quantity?
We specify minimum order quantities on particular items across the website. Why do we do this? Because we want your order to reach you safely.
From years of experience with a variety of carriers we have developed a packing and wrapping method which protects our poles, split poles and boards whilst in transit. A bundle of 4 or 6 bamboo poles will protect each other in transit. This is particularly important at longer lengths. Couriers will often load and off-load several times prior to their final delivery destination. Select the type of product and its dimensions from the drop-down list on the product page.
Q. Can I order a smaller amount of mixed poles?
Yes, in most circumstances if your order includes enough to be packaged safely into a bundle of 6 or more poles, we can accommodate. You will need to email us with your list and we will send over a payment request. Include your full name, address and contact number in order to speed up processing of your order.
Q. Can I ship to a different address from my billing address?
Yes, of course you can. Tick the box “Ship to a different address” and a form will pop up where you can enter your details.
How to order online:
- Once all your chosen items have been added to the ‘Cart’ (or basket) navigate to the ‘Cart’ page by clicking the Shopping Cart icon in the top right hand corner of the webpage. You should see a ‘Cart Total’ excluding delivery.
- Click the ‘calculate shipping’ link and type in your full postcode clearly with the correct spacing. Then click ‘update’. The total of your order including standard shipping will be displayed as a final total.
- Then click the purple button: ‘Proceed to checkout’ to enter your delivery and payment details.
