Sourced from responsibly managed forests, our team have visited our supply partners in Asia to inspect first-hand how the forests are managed. Over time, we've built up a trusted network of partner plantations, meaning the business can import the finest bamboo.
We are confident in knowing that the bamboo has been grown in line with best practice. With the many benefits bamboo offers, it is important for us that our activities do not undermine that.
With the UK’s climate not being suitable for growing the giant grass at an industrial scale, we searched the globe for bamboo that is both beautiful and has practical applications. The result is our store today now boasts the largest variety of bamboo poles in the UK and we now offer a comprehensive range of bamboo fencing solutions.
Our bamboo poles are divided into 3 easy-to-understand categories, based around species. Sizes range from 20-25mm all the way up to 120/150mm, and also features the world's strongest bamboo: Guadua angustifolia.
