Description

The natural bamboo roll screens, made from Phyllostachys bissetii, have a beige colour and will lighten over time in sunlight. Available in 2 heights, the screens have the versatility to suit your garden needs – from being used as privacy screening to disguising an unsightly area.

We recommend that all our screens are installed a few inches/cms off the ground to help prevent rotting at the base. For long term preservation the screens should be treated with a wood preserver after 12-18 months of weathering.

The fence tops of the 6ft and 8ft screens are naturally capped.

Due to the way in which bamboo is grown and cut, it is normal for the canes to taper; whilst most canes will only taper down by a few millimetres, they can taper up to 60% in extreme cases. Each pole is expected to be within +/-20% of the range diameter it is sold in. Bamboo is a natural product and is subject to cracking, splitting & discolouration, none of which will affect its structural properties
